One thing that really impresses me about these guys is the straight up honesty. What a pleasure to go and collect your car to discover that what you were told tuned out to be correct and the price was on target. Seems like a rare treat these days, but is the reason Active Automotive now have my custom from here on in. We have a number of vehicles in our small “fleet” and ever since that first time we needed a North Shore mechanic in a hurry, Nigel and his team have never let us down. Even when the workshop looks full and they are obviously working late hours, our jobs are done efficiently, accurately and best of all honestly. It is simply a welcome relief to know that vehicle problems are no longer a hassle- they happen and they need to be fixed quickly, and I know I can put this in Active Automotive hands and not worry any more. We were not special clients or deserving of any special attention, we just got looked after as I presume Nigel and his team look after all his clients.
